Karaoke!

We're having a great vacation in Maine.  We did some sledding today, which Lily enjoyed for a little while :).

Grampy D. got a karaoke system for Christmas.  It's been a real hit. Lily found a spare microphone, and couldn't help but show the rest of us up.

Chrismas Eve at Memere & Grampy's

Christmas eve, and we opened Memere and Grampy's tree with Chuck's siblings and their families.  The Morses weren't there, so Lily was the only grandkid.  She _loved_ the Little People's Pink Car, with mother & baby, to the point that she wouldn't open anything else and got grouchy when she was handed a present.  Eventually, however, she got to this pram from Grampy and Memere, and that was good enough to distract her from the pink car.

Deck the Halls!

Time to decorate the tree in Durham.  We have a tiny living room, so we bought a petite, environmentally friendly (read: tiny, fake) tree.  It fits perfectly between the patio-doors/only-window and the fire-place/piano.  Lily got the 'hang' of dressing the tree very quickly.  Mom and dad had to move lots of ornaments to higher branches.
