Today I gave Levi a haircut. I've trimmed it before but it was starting to hang in his eyes so I decided it was time for more drastic measures. Chuck was working late at school on a grant proposal and there's just something about him being gone that gets me motivated to do things I wouldn't if he were around. Or maybe it's just that I know he wouldn't let me do it if he knew what I was up to. In hindsight, using Chuck's beard trimmer was not such a great idea. The battery died and it generally didn't do a good job. Don't get me wrong Buddy is still cute as a button but his hair looks like sheep grazed on it. I learned my lesson and after I finished (the battery ran out) cutting Levi's hair, bathed and put him to bed I went online and ordered a proper hair trimmer. That's my new thing lately. I don't go into stores anymore to shop, I got to the computer to see how fast and cheap I can get it by mail. Too bad I can't order a haircut for Buddy!
